We provide antenatal and post-natal assessment treatment and advice for conditions such as:
- Posture in pregnancy, positions of ease, core stability exercises and gait rehabilitation
- Self-management and safe exercise in pregnancy
- Abdominal muscle weakness
- Diastasis recti or divarication rectus abdominus muscles (DRAM)
- Pelvic girdle pain (PGP)
- Painful coccyx (coccydynia)
- Bladder and bowel continence
- Pelvic floor muscle weakness or damage
