Referrals, which are received for the class from your GP or consultants, or by self-referral, will be prioritised appropriately by the Physiotherapy team.
What to expect

Following this class you will be placed on a six-week open appointment (SOS), which allows you the time to complete your home base exercise programme.
If you are still struggling, you will have the opportunity to book a one-to-one session with a physiotherapist.
The class is led by a senior physiotherapist and a rehabilitation assistant.
