As soon as you know that you are pregnant, it is important that you arrange maternity care for you and your baby.

Telephone referrals are not accepted - please complete our self-referral form and a midwife will be in contact to arrange an appointment.

If you need any help with the form, please phone our Antenatal Booking team, Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm - 01793 607312.

If at any point in your care you have a concern, question or not not understand something, please do not hesitate to speak to your midwife or a member of staff.
