Cardiac Catheter Suite

The Suite:

Performs angiograms
Performs angioplasty
Implants pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronisation devices
Has a special interest in physiological pacing (permanent His bundle and left bundle pacing)

All procedures use x-ray guidance and involve a team of nurses, radiographers, cardiac physiologists and cardiac consultants.

We care for day case patients (outpatients) and inpatients, and treat emergency patients who have had a heart attack.
