The Big A&E Survey

We are looking to local people who have visited urgent and emergency care services to tell us about your experience.

The number of people visiting an Urgent Treatment Centre or Emergency Department at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust or Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust increased by 5.6% in 2024.

It’s important that local health leaders understand why this trend is on the rise, to ensure people are accessing the care they need in the right setting, first time.

Anyone who has attended hospital recently for urgent or emergency care is invited to complete a short survey that will help the three trusts to make improvements to services, based on real feedback from the people who need to access healthcare.

Fill in the survey today, it takes just five minutes to complete.
