The Communications and Engagement Team provides a media relations service on behalf of the Trust.
This includes responding to media enquiries relating to the Trust's services at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon and other at locations, including its community services in patients' own homes.
The Team also manages the Trust's websites and social media accounts.

Patient condition checks
We have a duty to protect patient confidentiality.
We can only give out basic information for a patient if we have the name of the patient and we have the patient's or relative's permission to release the information.
In any criminal matter we will refer requests for condition checks to the appropriate police force.
Filming or photography requests
All requests for filming should be made to the Communications and Engagement Team (please see above).
Please do not arrive on any of the hospital sites without permission (if you do so, you will be asked to leave by Security).
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer special parking arrangements or free parking for media.
At all sites it may be possible to park in the short-stay bays if you have a large amount of equipment to unload - please contact us for more information.
