How we make decisions

Decisions are taken once a defined and clearly understood process has been followed in line with the Trust's Standing Orders and Scheme of Delegation.

Key processes involved in decision making in the Trust include:

  • The strategic planning process
  • Budget setting
  • Major business cases
  • Approving the Annual Plan and Report
  • Deciding to make changes to services or service delivery
