Update following flooding on Monday

Update at 12.25pm, 12 February 2020

The Walk-in Centre in the Swindon NHS Health Centre is open this morning, but has moved to the third floor while a deep clean of its usual space is carried out.

A member of the Walk-in Centre team will be at the main entrance of the building to tell patients where to go.

Update at 9.55am, 11 February 2020

Engineers are currently trying to fix the cause of the flooding, and we're waiting for news on when the centre may be able to reopen.

People needing help should make use of other healthcare options, such as their GP practice, nearest pharmacy and NHS 111.

Notice at 9.40am, 11 February 2020

The Walk-in Centre, based within the Swindon NHS Health Centre, in Swindon town centre, has had to be closed this morning due to flooding.

People looking for on-the-day healthcare should contact their GP practice, speak with a pharmacist or call NHS 111.

Other services within the Swindon NHS Health Centre building are not affected.

Please keep checking back for further updates.
