A message for patients with outpatient appointments

We are moving some appointments over the phone

Whilst the COVID-19 situation continues, we are looking at how we can reduce the risk of the spread of infection. 

We are looking at ways to hold appointments over the telephone so that patients do not need to attend hospital if not necessay.

Where appropriate, patients will be contacted over the phone, instead of attending hospital for their appointments. This will be for appointments that can be managed with a telephone conversation and don't rely on face-to-face contact.
