Customer Service NVQ Level 2

Who is the course for?

All admin and clerical staff.

Aim

To provide theory and practice of the following:

  • delivering good customer service
  • how to provide customer service
  • recognise and deal with customers queries, requests and problems and giving a positive impression.

What does it involve?

Two study days and internal assessment by an NVQ assessor.

Other Information

Prior to attending the study day you will be invited to an interview including an assessment of your learning needs and given an overview of the qualification requirements.
