Children's Outpatients Services

Children who have been referred to us by their GP will see a specialist doctor (Paediatrician) for the diagnosis, treatment and management of their medical condition.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How to find us

We are on the 2nd floor of the Great Western Hospital and most of our clinics are held Monday-Friday from 9.00am-12.30pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm Monday-Thursday.

We have a play area for the children, baby changing facilities, a water cooler and public toilets within the waiting area.

Interpreting and translation services

We are able to access services to assist those for whom English is not their first language or for the deaf.  Please let a member of staff know if you need this facility when you make your appointment.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service

Compliments and complaints can be written on a PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) card and posted into their postbox, both of which are available in the clinic area.
