closely linked to the Trust.
The Home from Hospital Service offers short-term assistance (for
up to 4-6 weeks) to patients who have been discharged from The
Great Western Hospital and live in the Swindon area.
Volunteers help patients to settle back home and to adjust back
to their daily living skills.
They offer companionship, do shopping, collect prescriptions,
perform light domestic tasks and accompany them out of the house
