We are able to dispense yellow hospital pharmacy prescriptions.

3Ts Drugs Formulary
The 3Ts Drug Formulary is used across the Great Western
Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Swindon and North Wiltshire. The
formulary provides information on the medicines available in these
areas and guidance on how they can be most appropriately used.
In this section you will find information about drugs that have
received a technical appraisal, or recommendation, from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence
The Dispensary provides the medication required for all of the
hospital's patients when they are inpatients on the ward and at
discharge when they are ready to go home. We also provide
medication for outpatients after attending their appointments in
specific specialist clinics.
Our manufacturing unit prepare a variety of items in
a controlled, sterile environment, including
chemotherapy, intravenous nutrition and certain specialist
