The NHS Friends and Family Test is a nationwide initiative to
gain feedback from patients about the care and treatment they
receive in hospital.
Patients in most areas of the Trust are now asked the simple

publishes the scores for each of our hospital sites on its own
website and the NHS Choices website.
We use the results to work with our teams and services across
the Trust to see where action is needed and share
