Local people invited to share experiences of the Trust with CQC inspectors

Good or bad, we want to hear from you

You have a chance to share your experience as patients and visitors and of working here with inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ahead of their routine inspection of our services from 28 September. 

They will be at Swindon's Brunel Centre, outside Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer, on Saturday August 22 from 10am to 4pm, with local consumer champions Healthwatch, gathering feedback about our services to help inform the inspection.  

As members of staff and local people, this is just one of the ways you can share your experiences of working at the Trust, including what is working well and any particular areas of concern. 

They also want to hear about your experiences as patients and visitors, both positive experiences you have had and areas for improvement.
